I have an account with D&D Beyond and generally access it through both my Dell PC and my Apple iPhone via an APP.
I recently purchased an iPad with the interest of using it to help me with my D&D gaming as a DM and player. However, my iPad is not allowing me to login to my account either from the D&D Beyond APP or from the website directly. Note: I can login to all of my other APPs and website accounts from my iPad successfully. I get a message from the website login that there is no record of my account existing despite having tried multiple time and ensuring that it was the right username and typed correctly. The APP returns and error message I am assuming is related to the same thing but not sure (see below). Any help/guidance would be appreciated.

Are you using the correct login method and account when attempting to login? I believe iPads default to always using the signed in Apple ID, so if you signed into the device with a different Apple ID from what your DDB account uses, it may be defaulting back, so generating an error because it is the wrong account.

FYI: I am using my Apple ID on both my Dell PC and my iPad. D&D Beyond just doesn't recognize it on the iPad.
