When I try to upload an image for my avatar in the edit-profile section, I get a red text error stating "this field is required." I see no blank fields on the page and do not understand what required field the error refers to.
I'm not seeing it at the moment when I look at the edit Avatar section, however I do vaguely remember there being an error when I first uploaded. I'd say to just go ahead in clicking the upload button and selecting an image and go from there..
As a chrome user, I would check your plug-ins. I haven't had any issues, unless I'm not aware of one, lol! The only plug-in I use is adblock, so you can mark that one off the list if you use it.

I disabled all my plugins and enabled one-by-one testing each and determined it was "Referrer Control." Works find in Chrome when I disable Referrer Control.

I was able to get it work using Microsoft Edge. The forum doesn't play nice when I use Chrome.
