What are some examples of creatures they can't access?
If they are looking for creatures in Theros, Ravnica, or Strixhaven, they need to have Magic the Gathering turned on as a source in the home page of the builder.
If they are looking for creatures from Wildemount (or, for later readers, from Netherdeep), they need to have Critical Role content turned on.
A few other things require having "non core D&D" turned on.
Other standard questions/solutions:
-are the characters in question actually in the campaign?
I am sharing my content in my campaign, but only 1 out the 4 players can find all creatures in the extras menu. That is very weird?
