I am trying to make a character but none of the options allowed by my DMs charged content is available in the character creator I can view the unlocked source books he has but cant see any of it in character creation
If the character is being created inside of the campaign that has Content Sharing turned on, try checking your account Marketplace page to see whether your account entitlements are in sync, and having your DM do the same. If not, there should be a button to click to sync your entitlements.
I'm having this exact same issue all week, and have both looked at the permissions and have turned them off and then back on again, no dice. Same with the synched entitlements, there is no option to sync them for us, says we are already up to date.

Just to double check: all affected characters are in the campaign, correct? I’m guessing so, since you’ve been so thorough, but given how common this misunderstanding is, I felt I should ask.
That is precisely the case, we've tried re-enabling content sharing and disabling.
Like it was working fine for months, and his subscription is still active... And content sharing is enabled. so it's just not working?
Thanks. That’s what I thought, but I wanted to make sure. We/you have covered all the usual suspects, so I’d suggest you submit a support ticket. It will likely take them a few days to get back to you, as there is a major issue with subscription management at the moment, and so they are inundated with support requests concerning that.
