im trying to build my character i own like 30 books and all it is offering me is school of evocation and i chose to build under the 2014 rule book like i saw was recommended my campaing is this upcoming wednesday and i have to be approved by monday any help will be greatly appreciated
Choosing is one thing, but did you scroll down to the legacy classes in the character builder?

You selected the wrong wizard. You selected the 2024 Wizard ("Core Rules") instead of the 2014 Wizard ("2014 Core Rules")

In the Home tab of the character builder ensure "2014 Core Rules" and, just to be safe, "Legacy/noncore" are enabled.
In the class tab, when selecting subclass, open the drop-down menu and scroll down to where it says "2014 Core Rules" and below this select "School of Necromancy (PHB)".

it doesnt give me the legacy option im getting so irritated
Ensure entitlements are in sync by going to Account > Licenses
Or click here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses
