One of the players in my campaign just levelled up their grave domain cleric to level 3 (from level 2) and now a mysterious spell has appeared on his character sheet. The spell is called Shadowslip, a 2nd level spell which has appeared on his list of spells as a permanently memorised spell, as if it is a domain spell. I can find no trace of this in any official source nor in the public homebrew library (and it looks like a homebrew to me).
We can of course just ignore it, but there doesn't appear to be a way for us to remove the spell just now. As such I thought it best to report it in case it happens to others as well!
It’s possible that someone else in the campaign created this homebrew spell, and specified it as a grave cleric domain spell. If this is the case, my memory from other posts is that it will show up on every grave cleric of the appropriate level in the campaign.
If that is the case is there a way to remove it? I tried turning off homebrew content and it didn't vanish :(
Only way I know of is to ask whoever has it as part of their homebrew to remove it from their collection. Then the cleric player might need to "down level" and "uplevel" again to remove it.

Can you provide a link to the affected character sheet?

That should do the trick!
How mysterious, I've passed this along to look into further
