Apparently, for several years now, there has been no way to change your payment information for your subscription. This is all great if you never have to change your credit card. However, if you find yourself needing to create a new campaign and share your content, you won't be able to. The last response I see from any official dndbeyond correspondence https://routerlogin.uno/, https://192168ll.link/ states that there is a ticket backlog and it may be some time before your ticket can be addressed. Furthermore this implies that it is impossible to get the issue fixed the day you're having the problem. This means that the family fun we had planned for this vacation, is no longer possible. I find myself extremely frustrated. Has anyone seen this issue before? Are there any ways around it other than waiting for customer service?
Changing payment information: Yes, currently there is no way to change your payment information beyond cancelling your current subscription, letting the time run out and then making a new subscription with the updated payment details. You have to wait for the current subscription to expire so you don't have two simultaneous subscriptions.
Problems managing subscriptions: There is currently an ongoing issue with managing subscriptions that the team has been investigating. As it stands, if you need to manage a subscription (start, renew, or cancel), you need to enter a customer service ticket here. Tickets are addressed by date received, however it's important to note the system also consolidates all tickets from a single user into a single report, dated by the most recent ticket, so please do not enter multiple tickets. There is a megathread for the subscription issue here
There are still people having issues so it's hard to say whether any one individual user will be showing that option; still, it is an actual thing that exists.

If it helps - for the issue you had Naru, I had to manually make changes (the Update payment widget not loading data is related to too many payment methods on the account - the old billing system applied a payment method per renewal, they all got imported into the new system, and thus it is having a heart attack seeing so many... Just had to scrub the old ones out to stop the current system from being confused).
It is on my list to update that mega-thread... It just is under a dozen+ more important to-dos and it is already nearly Friday lunchtime...

You seem to be referring to two different issues:

Davyd, just so you know, there is an Update Payment option now under Manage Subscriptions, and I was able to use it: https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/bugs-support/136290-subscription-issues-megathread?comment=95

Myself I just cancel and will redo the sub with new bank info in a year when it ends.
