Not sure if anybody else has had this problem, but I bought "wild beyond the witchlight" on the D&D beyond app. I got an email about being charged for it but it won't download and keeps showing the price. When I go to the website, it shows that I don't have it. Can someone please help? Thank you in advance.
The issue may be with the app store (Google Play or Apple Store) and you might need to put in a ticket through them. Purchasing through the website is usually a better way to go to avoid issues like this, so you know for the future.
Purchasing through the app is weird. Because it has to go through the app store, then to dndbeyond it takes some time to be able to get access to the content. Weeks in some cases. It would be worth waiting to see if the book appears in your library, or if you really don't want to wait, you can submit a report ticket via the help portal link at the bottom of the page and reach out to the appstore of your choice about it potentially asking for a refund.
Its usually always better to purchase directly from the website.
I have the exact same problem with my SpellJammer purchase. I opened a ticket and sent them screenshots showing that I pad for it and that i can't access the information. Now they want information on what device I am using even though the problem remains no matter what device I use to log into dndbeyond.com.

Did they fix your issue?
Same issue here and it’s two books. No fix.
