I own all of the sourcebooks etc (inc Strixhaven) and account entitlements are all synced, but cannot get the Owlin race to show up when creating a character.
I'm having the same problem. everything is synced, I own nearly all sourcebooks Strixhaven included, and Magic the Gathering content is active on the character builder; but still the Owlin race will not show up. Does anyone know how to help?

Toggle Magic the Gathering Content on (red/right) in your HOME | Preferences.
