1) if Beyond will die someday what will happen to books that i bought? will i be able to download them and use or i will loose everything?
This is a bit philosophical, but everything dies eventually. In the same way that I haven't planned my own funeral, the product team at D&D Beyond haven't planned what will happen if their business fails. I understand your concern, but it's just not something that any successful business devotes time to and D&D Beyond is proving successful. Badeye, the product manager, has stated numerous times that they're in it for the long haul and, if/when 6th edition comes along, they plan to be right there with Wizards of the Coast working on it and have zero plans to remove content that people have purchased already. I do know that the whole team are big D&D fans, so if the worst came to the worst, they would certainly be looking at some way to allow users long-term access to purchased content.
I know you were after a plan and details, but they're just not going to be available, sorry!
2) will there be a windows app(but NOT for win 10) for win 7-8(i have a tablet with win 7 and win 8) that will work offline?
This one I can confidently say will not happen.
There have been some requests for a Windows app to provide offline access, but focus is currently on iOS and Android, which represent a massive majority of users.
If there is development on a Windows app in the future, it wouldn't make sense to develop it for old operating systems.
It's pretty easy to back up books as HTML pages, since currently DDB displays each chapter in its own page. At first glance this doesn't seem to violate the Terms of Service, assuming you don't share them with anyone. Could any of the mods chime in on that?
hmmm mkey. 1 more question - why does Beyond asks me Address of Residence if I`m paying with paypal? i don`t want to give away this info. i just want to buy books via paypal and that`s it.

I'm fairly sure it's a legal requirement in some states (and some other countries perhaps) for tax purposes that they record this information. I am not one of the developers at Curse, but I expect that this is a standard they have set, regardless of the payment mechanism.
I'm also 99% confident that PayPal automatically shares your billing address with suppliers anyway when you make a purchase using paypal.
The data is held securely and isn't something that the moderator team can look at.
maybe in usa. but i`m not from there. paypal shares the info that it has but still it`s not the full info that beyond asks. i`m up to pay for books but i`m not up to share this kind of personal info that will be available on the internet.
I can assure you that any information provided is not publicly available on the internet and asking for a billing address is standard practice.
If you wish to know more about billing or purchases, please head over to the D&D Beyond support site. The support team will be able to assist you with this matter.
