Finally, is silvery barbs available to the characters in question?
I've used it on other characters, but no I can't all of a sudden. Sorcerers are able to learn the spell and I also tried giving it to a bard with Magical Secrets, but it just doesn't appear as an options for them.

What. Did you learn when yo followed the steps I suggested?
When looking through the spells for my Bard, a requirement to get silvery barbs is to own Strixhaven: A Curriculum of Chaos or buy the spell individually.

we're so polite.. and don't consider maybe wrong in this case lol
You're no longer able to. When they released the new marketplace a couple of months ago they removed the ability to buy individual features. If you want that spell you'll need to buy the entire book that it comes from (Strixhaven I think).

Even though I have the source book and MTG content on, it doesn't show up as an option for my characters or homebrew.

I've got the same problem: I certainly own it:
I think it's because I'm trying to add it to an old character (over 3 years old) because new chers can add it fine.
And you've checked that this old character has MTG content turned on in its preferences?

Yep. Silvery barbs shows up just fine on new characters
I had this exact issue. My fix was to sign out and back in. Apparently this has been an issue for years at this point.
I am having this issue right now, did this ever get resolved?
Still broken to my knowledge, hope someone fixes it soon.

Do you know how to buy the spell individually? I can't find how to access it on the site
