I ordered Mordenkainen Presents: Monsters of the Multiverse (Order #9395776) back on 8 Sep 2022 but haven't received it yet. How long do these orders normally take?
If you're talking about physical receipt, never, because D&D Beyond doesn't sell physical products. If you mean you don't have access on the website to content you bought a license for, 1. did you get an email receipt, 2. did you buy through the app (you might need to contact the app store's helpdesk) versus the website, 3. Did you go here and a. confirm that it says that your entitlements are in sync and b. that it lists MPMM in your list of purchases?
Thanks for the response. One of the reasons I bought it was because I thought (perhaps wrongly) that this was a physical book. Oh well, I can live with a PDF. I bought from the web site and my Marketplace does say I have a purchased license.
When you complete the purchase on the checkout screen there are big orange letters reminding you that you're not getting any physical media when you purchase.
Also, there isn't really a PDF to download -- you can download stuff to the app for offline use, like a PDF, and you can print to PDF, but you're mainly supposed to read on the site or in the app.
Well, wouldn't be the first time I missed big orange letters :-). I'm not using any app but am using the web site but I never got anything that's a link for me to look at the item.

You aren’t sent a link. You go to Sources above, tap it, then tap Mordenkainens Monsters of the Multiverse.
