I can't find digital books on Amazon. Are you sure what you ordered was supposed to come with them? If so, that sounds like a problem to take up with them.
It would be a redeem code. Check your email possibly.
If you bought it from the D&D Beyond Marketplace, it should be added directly to your account. Check to make sure your entitlements are synced. This sync is how the site knows what you have access to, and if it's out of sync, you can force it with a button on that page.
I have checked it. Unfortunately, the 2014 books don't appear and the page says everything is in sync - there is no button to push.
I've been trying to get help from their support team, but I'm starting to think the details for the listing on Wizards of the Coast/D&D Beyong Marketplace stating there is an included digital version is false advertising.
That still doesn’t work, unfortunately. It doesn’t show up in my account’s order history at all, but I do see that I purchased the set on my marketplace’s order history (they’re separate for some reason).
I thought maybe the system would send the codes when the order was processed, but I just got the notification that my order’s been shipped with no codes still.
Interestingly, the invoice only lists the physical goods. If the codes aren’t on the package itself, I’m chalking this one up to either false advertising or a faulty backend processing system.
Support is trying to tell me I do not own the books that I own and is ignoring that the 2014 Core Rulebook Gift Set listing states it is for both physical and digital copies.
They said this morning in their response, "Currently, all purchases on D&D Beyond, D&D Marketplace, D&D store are for the content on D&D Beyond only. Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to unlock the digital content if you purchase the books in a physical format. We realize and understand the concerns over re-purchasing content, but the material on D&D Beyond is presented in a different format and integrates with an extended toolset."
I bought this from their Markeiplace. I sent them proof of purchase and this listing on their own site where it states both physical and digital copies. They told me to spend more money without addressing this at all.
What’s your ticket number? Let me see if I can get that flagged for a second look.

There are two other tickets I submitted based on either Permissions or Content Issues, but it is all around the same subject matter; getting access to Paladin Oathbreaker Subclass in the 2014 Dungeon Master's Guide and then making that content sharable in our campaign (I have Master Tier Subscription so currentl other contents I purchased and the DM purchases are currently available EXCEPT FOR ALL the 2014 content included in the 2014 Core Rulebook Gift Set - i.e. 2014 Player's Handbook, 2014 Dungeon Master's Guide, and 2014 Monster Manual):

According to the page for it on the DND website, it says I get the digital versions with it, though I do not know how to claim it. I purchased the set from amazon. https://dndstore.wizards.com/us/product/770152/dd-core-rulebook-gift-set-bundle
AFAIK: The digital copy is included only if you buy the package directly from WotC's official dndstore.

Same thing happened to me when I bought the 2014 set a few days ago. No word from support yet.
Is it just that they're not showing up on the new Library page? Can you access them if you go to them directly?
