Are you absolutely sure you cleared the cookies specifically? Double check that.

I dunno, I guess it depends on your OS & Browser. I don’t know what you’re running, but to clear cookies on my device I have to leave my browser and go to settings. But clearing cookies has been working for most people.

I'm on windows if that helps.

Having issues with this as well. Cant access my character sheets or character sheets in my campaigns

As I’ve said several times, clear your cookies and cache.

Try clicking on the lock icon in the address bar. You should see cookies there for the site you are on  (do this while in ddb). Click on the cookie file and then the delete box for each on. Refresh the browser and you should  be good.

Update: I tried it with a different web browser and it worked.

I deleted google chrome and reinstalled it, and now it works.

I tried three different browsers....didn't work.  Issue is on their end.

It is not cookies. I can access the main DnD Beyond sites but not character sheets. Yes, cleared everything. Happening on Windows Chrome browser and on Android phone browser

My character sheets stopped working about a week ago on Chrome. I switched to Firefox and that worked for a few days and now I can’t access my sheets on either browser.

If you can get to characters, click on edit, then click on your character sheet. It worked for me that way.
