I was unable to renew my subscription one month due to personal reasons and I have paid for the subscription again today. Have I lost access to any purchased materials?
No; purchased content and subscriptions are separate purchases/cover different things. Subscriptions allow unlimited characters and encounters, allows you to add public homebew to your collection and, if it is Master Tier, to share content.
If you are having trouble accessing content you purchases, try checking to see if your entitlements need to be synched. (See link in my signature).
If that doesn't do it, please give some examples of things you have purchased by can't access.
Purchased materials and subscriptions do not overlap. The only thing you lose access to after ending a subscription is the unlimited number of characters, and putting more published/shared homebrew into your collection, and those both come back when the new subscription starts.
