buying the physical book does not grant you digital access, unless you buy a digital/physical bundle directly from Wizards of the coast..which I don't think they offer for Dragons of Stormwreck Isle.
Your post title mentions "playing it digitally." Can you expand more on what you mean by that? Are you wanting to access a digital copy of the adventure text? Are you wanting to run a campaign here? Are you wanting to build the encounters and run them in the encounters tool?
