I created a Levistus Tiefling Warlock of the Genie (Marid), and on my character sheet under Resistances, it shows the resistance to fire granted by virtue of being a Tiefling, but it does NOT show the resistance to cold granted by Marid Genie's Elemental Gift (see below). That resistance kicks in at 6th level (the character is 10th) and should be there. I definitely chose Marid as the specific Genie patron, so it wasn't a mistake in character creation.
Thanks for the link. I'm not seeing anything obvious. I would suggest changing the race to something else and then returning to Levistus tiefling. (If you aren't certain you still have access to Levistus tiefling, copy the character first and try it on the copy.)
De-select and then reselect Marid. You're also missing your Genie's Wrath which should immediately underneath your Bottled Respite class feature which will be immediately underneath the checkbox for Bottled Respite. It reads as:
Genie's Wrath (Marid)
Once during each of your turns when you hit with an attack roll, you can deal an extra 4 cold damage to the target.
You are missing that portion of the feature. Additionally, underneath the Elemental Gift checkbooks you should have
Elemental Gift (Marid)
You now have resistance to cold damage
That feature is missing as well. Resetting the patron should allow these features to be properly added as long as they're the officially released versions

When I try on a test character, it works for me. Would you please post a link to your character?
Also, I see you are using the Beyond 20 extension. What happens if you disable it temporarily?
