I signed into beyond with my apple ID on my iPad a few days ago. I wanted to sign in on my laptop, but when I did it was a completely different account. It said I had last signed into the account on my iPad in march. So, when I signed into apple on my iPad it had made a whole new account using the same apple ID information. I tried signing in on my phone, and it brought me to the same wrong account that had also been signed in on my computer. Later, when I logged off and logged back in on my phone it logged into the correct account that is on my iPad. I have a level 20 character I built on my iPad that I wanted to be able to look at on my phone and my computer. I also had plans to use the character in roll20, but I can't because of this issue.
I am also having trouble with this. Support has said that they see my account but the email isn't the one I specified. Which is because I have my phone set up for "Hide my email" which gives an email that's all jumbled up.....

I have this same issue and so far have no gotten any help by contacting support.
