I didn't see this anywhere else, and it is a such a small thing, but with the Star Razor in the awakened and exulted form. It says the spell is see invisibility, but on the charges, it shows the Invisibility spell. 

Can you post a screenshot? I unfortunately don't own that book so I can't look it up myself. My guess it that it's an oversight and you may need to open a ticket to let staff know so they can correct it.
