I just created a new character sheet for a Cleric, as well as a homebrew subclass "Protection Domain." On the subclass option at character creation, I have a drop-down list: Life Domain, and my new Protection Domain. I've chosen my homebrew domain, but all Life Domain features are still displayed on my character sheet. Upon leveling up, Life Domain spells are instantly "always prepared."
I've gone into the Homebrew class and reviewed the Class Features listed - there are only 6, it's only the ones that I've created, and only my homebrew features are displayed under the "Class Features" tab on the character editing screen. It's only on my actual character sheet that displays BOTH homebrew and Life Domain features/spells. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I'm going to guess when creating your homebrew you did it as a copy of the life domain and forgot to clear the Additional Spells or something?
Because otherwise, aside from not setting your homebrew properly, what you describe is technologically impossible.
