Hey all, it’s been a hot minute for me and I was confused when I couldn’t open the DDB Reader App on the IPhone. I then looked and see it’s been taken down, and all books purchased would move over to the DDB account. So when I opened my account, I was shocked to see none of the books I got! No player’s handbook, no monster manual, no DM’s guide, no Tasha’s guide, no Volo’s guide, and no Xanathar’s guide either! Is there anything I can do or am I SOL?

I’m in the same boat, did you ever hear anything? I know I purchased the bulk of mine in 2018.

Your purchases are in your account and cannot be lost by removing apps. If you no longer have access to the books you purchased it is probably because you used the wrong login info and make have accidentally created a new account instead. This can happen if you used different login methods like using Google for one and Twitch for the other when those logins were not linked to a single account. 

Use the right login and your purchases will still be there and can then be downloaded into the D&D Beyond app.
