I've looked around but I can't seem to find an answer to this problem.

I created a Homebrew Vampire subclass for Warlock in my campaign. When creating a character however, the subclass will not load. It is stuck loading. I've run multiple tests and so far I've let it run for over three hours and nothing. As of yet I've only added 1 feature to my class with the rest just being description. 

Is this a bug or maybe some error I made setting up the subclass? Thanks for any help!

I am also experiencing this problem with a homebrew subclass for warlock. I am so glad to see it isn't just me. I have tried on different devices both PC and mobile. I cannot get the class to load.

Edit the subclass. Check that the subclass features have the relevant levels in the "required levels" boxes for all features, even if they're granted at level 1.
