I think they may have changed something in the way that scrolls work as an item type or changed how magic items work very subtly. Basically, it won't show you anything attached to that item (like a spell/modifier) unless the item is 'active'. This is obviously to avoid having a cloak in your inventory, unworn, that still gives you the effects of that item.
Problem is: You can't make a scroll 'active'/'equipped'.
The good thing is that from what I've seen StormKnight post, magic items are on the table for a revamp, as they were the first homebrew section to be done. I would imagine better functionality here would be something on that plate.
There's a solution, however, for the interim! Simply set the scroll to Item-Wondrous item instead of Item-Scroll and it can be made 'active', which then has it show up in the spells section of the character sheet.
It works, anywho:
That's a perfectly viable workaround, so I thank you for providing it. I do wish I had gotten an "official" response from those that should have known this and been able to tell me a long time ago, but this will be super helpful until such a time as the magic item system is updated again. I'll be modifying a few items tonight :)

A Life Domain Cleric's Disciple of Life class feature doesn't display the correct amount of healing when casting a spell. For example, the Level 1 cure wounds on a 16 Wisdom Life Cleric should show 1d8 + 6 (That is 1d8 + 3 + 2 + 1). Instead it just shows 1d8 + 3.
I can't add a homebrew class to my character sheet, in the search bar it won't let me type on computer or mobile. I pushed keys and tried typing in but it doesn't type any thing out and I saved the homebrew in my collections. Homebrew races worked fine. Not sure if there's a solution for this? I do have a paid sub also.

Since homebrew classes aren't possible in DDB, I assume you mean subclass. For what class? You need to be at a certain level in a class to select the subclass.

Yeah, I'm sorry. I just wasn't sure how they work, but either way it won't pull up the saved list. I'll just use this one for example.

I think I figured it out, I didn't know you had to wait until lvl 3 so I just changed my lvl to 3 and it worked fine. The list of saved homebrew popped up for me.
Level 1 barbarian. Under the Actions section of the sheet for their rage:
You gain advantage on STR checks and saving throws (not attacks), scalevalue#signed - No level scale data available melee damage with STR weapons, resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, slashing damage. You can't cast or concentrate on spells while raging.
Not sure why, but when I try adding spells above level 3, I cannot do so. I am a level 7 Sorcerer/Wizard. 5 is Sorcerer and 2 in Wizard. According to each class, when I gain a level in the class, I can gain a spell/two up to the level of which I have a spell slot. So I have 1 level 4 spell slot because I'm a level 7 spellcaster. It even shows I have a level 4 spell slot. However, when I go to add spells, it won't let me add a level 4 spell slot on Sorcerer class, or any spell above level 1 on the Wizard class. I've even tried making each level 10, and I still cannot add a spell above the above. If I'm doing something wrong, let me know, but I think it's a bug.

For the spell known in a multiclass character, you must take the spellcasting classes singularly. A level 5 sorcerer and a level 2 wizard can't learn 4th level spells as they require a 7th level spellcaster.
That said, at level 10th you should be able to. Post here the link address of your sheet, mods can give a look.

I think Yagami doesn't quite understand the rules. Just because you have a level 4 slot doesn't mean you can learn level 4 spells. My Paladin/Druid is the same, I have a level 3 slot but can't cast any spells of that level yet. You can still use the slot to upcast spells you do know though (eg. if you have fireball, you can cast it using a level 4 slot and you get the extra damage).
I'm sorry if this has already been brought up, but I was wondering if we could get the ability to add names and notes to spells while in the Manage Spells sidebar.
Right now, I can only change the name and add notes if I have the spell prepared. I was hoping there could be a way to do it without having to go through my spell list and prepare each of them to add a note of some kind.

As others explained, and per the rules, the slots are determined by adding the total caster levels, however the accessible spells are determined separately. (Also certain abilities only work on spells you get from a specific class and not all).
About the 10th level issue, try to reload the page after you have set your level - the available spell list is not updated immediately when you change your level, it needs a page reload usually.

In my preferences, I have ABILITY SCORE/MODIFIER DISPLAY set to show my scores on top. This works correctly for the website:
But it doesn't work correctly for the pdf:
I expect the pdf to have my ability scores on top with the modifier in the little box.

Lifedrinker warlock invocation does not seem to work; it does not add the charisma bonus to damage rolls for weapons marked as pact weapon.
