It’s a little harder to make out in the sidebar with tooltips not on, and it is all the way in the second paragraph, which feels a little far down to say what it does, but that’s a WotC thing, I guess. However, on the spell tab in the character sheet itself, the effect column just says ‘control,’ unlike Blindness/Deafness, which lists ‘Blinded*’ in the same column. Maybe the ‘Blinded’ tag could be added?
This may have been mentioned elsewhere so I apologize if it is a repeat issue. I noticed it last night during my game.
When viewing the character sheet on my phone and using the swipe to move from screen to screen, swiping no longer works on the Creatures page. I can swipe to the Creatures page from either direction, but I cannot swipe away from it in either direction.
I can still navigate through the floating button which is what I use primarily anyway, so this may not be a major issue in the grand scheme of things, but it seems unintentional so I thought I would bring it up.

What platform and browser are you using? FWIW it works fine on iOS (Safari and Firefox).
For what it's worth, I looked at your character sheet (having never seen it before) and I also saw 5.5, so it's definitely not a browser cache issue. Sounds like you may be at the mercy of the DDB server-side cache.
Is there a way to force the Desktop view for the character sheet on an Android tablet in portrait mode?
Currently on my Galaxy Tab S4, latest version of Chrome, the desktop character sheet view only works in landscape mode (which requires frequent scrolling to see all skills/actions).
In portrait mode it shows the mobile view, which isn't the best use of the screen real estate.
Check and see that Perception wasn’t already granted as a proficiency by your race. If you already got the proficiency from something else, it won’t show up as an option in later dropdowns.

We are still waiting for a fix to enter decimal values for prices and weights in the item customization. :(
Also spells should always display the ritual tag if they have it. Currently, it's only displayed when you actually learn the spell.

Sorry, I meant to include that. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Note 9, Android 8.1.0, Chrome Version 71.0.3578.99
4.5?

Heart of the Storm is doing the same thing as Power Surge -- my sorcerer can deal out 5.5 damage.

The rounding down issues are now fixed. Thanks.
Still showing as 4.5 for me. Click on the picture above to get to the character.

I see the @rounddown code in Power Surge.
The only way I can the explain the error is the cache.
Try to force refresh and/or wait a bit more. PM me later today if this problem persists.
I loaded the public view of my character sheet (https://ddb.ac/characters/7514658/Q8tD3a) on a new browser in an incognito window and it still says 5.5.

Yeah, same here.

I think a parenthesis is missing:
Power Surge / Heart of the Storm code: classlevel/2@rounddown
Druid wild shape code: (classlevel/2)@rounddown
I guess the rounddown preference is higher than the division so it rounds the 2 before doing the division?

We've stopped this OGL madness, but stay vigilant, they tried it once, they can try it again.
Seems to be working now.

Perception seems to be missing from the options for a rouge’s proficencies during creation?
