I bought the Dragonlance source book today, after the marketplace has changed and it's not showing any of the content in the character builder

Ensure Dragonlance source toggle is on under Home page of character builder.

Check your entitlements are in sync (check here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses).
