Every time I make hombrew, I always have an issue in which when I tap for more information, it appears for a split second then disappears and I can’t get it back. Does anybody else have this? Is there a really easy way to fix it and I’m just stupid? Any help would be appreciated.

If you mean the little i icon in black circle - it is a tooltip. You hover, not click. That's why it's only appearing for a second.

Either that or you have a browser/extension/VPN issue. 

I've been homebrewing for over 5 years and those icons have worked perfectly fine for me and still do, even today. So this seems, from my perspective, to be a 'you' thing not 'D&D Beyond' thing. 

Okay… I am using a mobile device, would that change anything?

I've been told they don't work on mobile devices, apparently. 

Yeah, OK, so that’s just a problem they haven’t fixed then. I guess I’ll just have to wait and see what happens.
