As stated in the title, I am trying to make a druid subclass by using an existing one as a template, but when I click to choose the subclass, nothing appears other than a line like --, it’s as if all subclasses don’t exist (I tested the other classes as well, and they have the same issue).
Do you own the subclass you're trying to use as a template?
You can only use a template if it's from the Basic Rules or if you have purchased it on here.

So, to be clear, you have selected the main class in the top dropdown first and then trying to choose the subclass template in the bottom drop down?

Since it is working fine for me I doubt it is a D&D Beyond issue, so I would recommend checking browser extensions and VPNs.

Same result as before; I don't have any VPNs but went through with my browser extensions. Even when off and extra just incase, it's not working. It was fine yesterday though.
I am going to try the mobile version real quick if it is the same on mobile for me.
Edit: Have tried on mobile; I ended up getting the same result scarily enough. Am about to try and see with items and races extremely quick on both desktop and mobile, will update in a few minutes.
Edit 2: I have gone through with Mobile, only the subclasses don't work. Gone through Desktop, the spells and subclasses do not work.
I can see the screenshot you added. Unlike the other classes, which all have one free subclass (at minimum), the Artificer doesn't so if you do not have the content purchased it will show that error.
This can happen if you recently purchased the Eberron or Tasha books, and it either hasn't updated or is out of sync. Once purchased it can take up to 24 hours in some cases. You may also need to check your entitlements are in sync. Profile > Account > Licenses [Link: https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses ]

I think you have a problem that isn't going to get resolved by waiting. Even if you have not purchased a single thing - you should still see some drop-down content (there's 1-2 free subclasses for every class except Artificer and there's about 300+ free spells).

Apologies for not replying sooner, and cheers for pretty much doing all the work (I am having the exact same issue, if the screen shots are anything to go by).
Still having the same problem. I don’t see a single subclass that I can use as a template for any class on any of my devices. Templates are working on the other types of homebrew, I cleared my cache and cookies, and my accounts say my entitlements are in sync. Anyone else get this fixed?

I am having similar issues as well.

I do own the subclass I am trying to use as a template, but it is not present.
I am doing it with every class and they say the same as the first above with clicking it and it showing: "No matches found.".
Edit: Adding Screenshot.

I do have Artificer and have Eberron and Tasha books, have them for a very long while, almost 3 years since that purchase and have those on.
Again, like I stated, it has been fine yesterday; it only started to show that issue today both on mobile and desktop. .3."
Edit: Adding screenshot with Barbarian and spells when trying to look for a specific school of spells.
I'll try waiting for a few hours for any changes. If there is any changes or if something different occurs, I'll update as soon as possible.
