I am having this same issue. I get to the payment page and enter he info, but I cannot complete the purchase. I cannot advance beyond the payment page.
it comes up with "There was a problem processing your payment. Please verify your payment information and try again." it's the same credit card saved to PC so there is nothing wrong with it as i use it for every other site no issues
I'm having the same issue when trying to preorder Forge of the Artificer except I cannot even reach the payment screen due to y phone number which is based in the US and I know is valid

So, trying to buy the new core books (legendary bundle discount finally applies). Get to Payment.
Put in details. Nothing.
Change to paypal. Nothing.
No way to get to the confirmation screen/place the order. Help?
Mine says order carried off by goblins no matter what I do to complete the transaction, paypal, paypal with credit card, or just straight credit card.

Trying to order the new core bundle from dndbeyond. It gets to page 2 payment, but there's no button or anything to go to Confirmation of Order.
Have since tried with other books as well, but the issue remains the same.

I get it. use american adress and phone number

yes. tried 3 other browsers and on phone
