This is honestly silly. I've tried different browsers, different computers, phone, different time of day, over several weeks. Nothing works. Only getting "There was a problem processing your payment. Please verify your payment information and try again."
This is the only site giving me issues. I use my card on a weekly basis on sites all around the world. I never have any issues, except for this site after you updated it. Its incredibly frustrating when I already have purchases on this site to then swap to a new site that actually works. Also, your customer service people (if they exists) dont even bother to reply.

You will have to reach out to customer service. I have actually asked the devs to look into it and there is no singular reason for it, but every time it's been something with the bank. Usually either not having enough funds or the address not actually being entered correctly.

Considering there are more and more people having this issue, it sounds like it's in your end. I made a purchase on Steam and Heroforge that weekend, without any issues. I made a purchase last year, without any issues. My address hasn't changed. But your site likes to change what I write. F.x. it deletes my middle name. And I know I have the founds in my account to purchase the books I wanted.

I've made about 4 threads on this exact subject since the "new and improved" store front got integrated: but your site does NOT save non-US addresses correctly. That might be part of the problem considering by the looks of it; the majority of people with this problem are not in the USA. Every time I attempt to purchase something, I get the same error: and upon checking, it is because the stored version of my address lacks the province and postal code (Canadian).

So; contacted "customer support": who provided precisely zero information or solutions. Literally the only suggestion was "-shrug- I unno; talk to your bank?"; as though my bank has any insight whatsoever to your website's back-=end infrastructure!? My card and paypal work perfectly fine everywhere else; I use them daily; this is a your website problem.
The day I made my first post, and found out I can't make purchases. I tried so many times, that my credit card got "shut off/locked" or what it's called in english. So I had to call them and have it "turned on" again. The guy I talked with, said it was nothing in their end. And if i'm able to make purchases on any other site, I can't see how it should be my bank doing it. My address has an "ø" (danish letter). Can that be the issue? Also, when I make online purchases, I get redirected to something else, where I have to scan a QR code, with an app on my phone. That never happened.
I am having the same problem. Everyone keeps saying it's my bank, but it's not on my end or theirs, so it has to be D&D Beyond. I tried everyone's ideas and even tried signing in and out, I tried deleting my cookies and temp files. Disabled VPN and everything else I had, and still nothing. I submitted the ticket, and from what people keep telling me, they just keep saying it's my bank's fault or that we aren't putting the information in correctly. Now, there is a slight lag time when I try to continue before it deletes everything again, and then tells me it won't go through because of an Error or missing information, which I have triple-checked every single day.
Yes; after an unreasonably large amount of my sadly finite time on this Earth, I did talk to a human at my bank... And sadly; no, they did not in fact have any revelations as to why D&D Beyond's website implementation is not working properly.
The codes that the payment processor provides are all rejections from the bank. That is the problem. The bank is rejecting every single time, usually for an invalid address entered. We cannot control what your bank requires to validate your address.

So, for addresses not saving information, you will need to delete and recreate the saved address and the system should then properly save it for you.

I did that the first day. They said the same thing
I have the same issue, only I can't even add payment methods, every time I try I just get ERROR. That's it, no explanation, just an error message.
