I have a campaign (with shared content) with spells I added as homebrew from guidebooks I don't own. We added a new player last night who did the same for his character. His spells have HB at the end. His HB spells are showing in everyones spell list as available to take.
Homebrew is automatically shared with everyone in the same campaign.
