The concern I'm having is that I'm not allowed to purchase digital content cause My account is signed on through the homepage but when I go to marketplace I go into this infinite sign in loop and its not allowing me to purchase digital content. I would like to see what I can do and how I can fix this problem.
Found a solution for me. If you have an existing shipping address, try the update address button. I had an address already, but my province/state wasn't there for some reason. Hopefully that works for you too!
Same problem. I’ve reached out to customer support and they just closed the first ticket with no response and then politely told me there was nothing they could do the second time. It’s been 195 days since then.
I was having the same issue after the marketplace glitched a bit when trying to purchase the class packs. I was lucky that it seemed to fix itself after the Northlands release. But I had the issue for about 20 days before it got fixed. Tech support did offer the temp solution of creating a new account and make purchases as gifts and redeeming the codes on my main account. You should see if another account can log in from your device to see if it is a device issue or an account side issue.
You might have gotten shadow banned been looking this up and that's the only cause I found for this.
I might be because when I tried to buy the Northland Saga book I got tripled charge and put a ticket in for it and was just told wait a few days and the pending charges were stopped but I kept my acess to the books somehow.

Given that shadowbanning is never mentioned anywhere on this site or on the Marketplace, I'm not inclined to believe that's a thing there, chief.
You can get for real banned from the Marketplace for chargebacks, tho. Is that what you did? Is that what anyone here did?

I never did that when I got three charges from trying to buy something I put in a ticket and was told to wait 3 to 5 days from the support person and my money would go back sense it was till pending. My bank probably canceled the pending charges but I didn't issue a thing. I went through the DnD Beyond support tickets.

do you have any extensions running? if so disable them and check if that solves the problem. If that doesn't help reach out to CS
I have the exact same problem. Tried signing in on my laptop on chrome and edge, on my phone via chrome, but nothing worked...

I have only one device with DnD Beyond. A laptop. Two different browsers, same thing.
I've been having this same issue, and it doesn't look like they have any plans to fix it unfortunately.
I did manage to find a workaround by ordering on my phone instead of my laptop (just make sure you're using the browser and not the app)

I can't sign in at all, just sends me back to https://marketplace.dndbeyond.com whenever I try.
