Same on Pixel 2 XL ... Just started in the last couple of days.
Same.. just started happening. Pixel 2xl with newest Android.
Happening on my S8+. Tried using Chrome but the boxes were all "squished" together and overlapping so I couldn't read a lot of it.
Galaxy s6 on chrome. Same issue.
Also having this issue. Very frustrating.

This is affecting me for everything that requires me to scroll.
Manage Spells, wildshapes, equipment descriptions.
