Just ran into this today. Took the feat at level 8 and it wants me to pick 6 spells instead of 3. Which doesn't matter anyway since none of them show up.
It would be really nice if this were fixed. There are already feats that give spells that work, this shouldn't be that hard.
It's not about if it is "hard" or "easy". It's about priority. You can achieve the result yourself with a little workaround and the overworked dev team have a massive list of more important things to focus on.
I agree it would be wonderful if they could fix this. Just clarifying it's an issue of priority not ease.

Still a problem in December of 2025. It seems it's showing the max number you can take if you max out your proficiency. I only have Bard selected, so it's showing me 6 available slots. I am theorizing that people seeing less might be multi-classed. I'll look into the workarounds shared. Thank y'all for those.

Luckily, management is listening, based on what was said in the Reddit AMA.

Priority or not, two years as a persistent bug is unreasonable. Not only do the spells not show up in the spell list, but you can choose all six spells right away, even if your proficiency modifier is only 3. Also, once you choose a spell, the "none chosen" just disappears- it's not replaced by the spell name. I disagree with the above post that states it's not about easy or difficult; if it's relatively easy, you can sort it out in a day, rather that shoving it behind a project like Sigil, which is being scrapped anyway. Dude, just fix it.

The priorities are screwed because Hasbro refuses to retain programmers for more than a year w/o firing them via Uberfied contractor setups instead of proper humane employment, to squeeze as much blood from the stone as investors want.
It doesn't matter if a bug is easy or hard to fix, since management & investors demand minimal cost for maximum profit, which includes screwing w/priorities.
The bug persists because management doesn't see it as affecting the bottom line sufficiently, which is per-unit sales. Unsubscriptions aren't happening at a rate enough to wobble the stock price, not buying anything ever again isn't doing that, either.
& there aren't a legion of OGL-reliant other games & 3pp & their fans this time to demand justice on their behalf.
Until Hasbro stock wobbles in price, the steps will not be taken to fix this. & investors will demand only that which directly caused the stock price to wobble be fixed, & nothing else, to keep the blood flowing from the WizBro stone.

I believe it has been fixed, although I'm not sure why you're not able to see them. They are listed with "As Ritual" the the left of the spell in my spell list on D&D Beyond. I am grateful that someone addressed this. Thank you Dev's!
I just took this feat on a character and am experiencing this same issue. The feat asked me to select 6 spells even though my proficiency bonus is currently only +2 and even after selecting all 6 none of them show up in my spell list.

The ability to select 6 is so that you can continue adding to it when your proficiency bonus increases. You're meant to select the correct number and leave the rest blank.
The spells not showing up in your spell list is a long-standing bug that doesn't seem likely to be fixed anytime soon.
Same issue as the others are reporting. When I choose the feat, it prompts me to select 6 ritual spells (which is not correct given my character level) and then none of them populate in my character sheet and there is no tick box for tracking Quick Ritual casting.

Took the feat today, realized this is still bugged.
Bump, still broken.
In the year of our Lord, 2026, this 2 year old bug of basic game functionality persists.
Can confirm that this still persists.
