Hi all; one of my players snagged some Gloves of Thievery on the random treasure table last session, but they're not appearing as an option on the "Manage Equipment" search bar of the character sheet. Not sure if I'm missing something or if it's a bug, but would love to get them equipped. Thanks!
Works for me. Are you sure you're on the Add Items of the Manage Equipment (by clicking the Manage Equipment button and side window comes out) section and not the main equipment window itself?
Otherwise you'd probably ought to link the character sheet for moderators/development team to zero in on issue.
Do you have the DMG on DDB? Are you part of a campaign with Content Sharing turned on? If your answer to both of those questions is no, you will need to either homebrew Gloves of Thievery or purchase them from the marketplace. If the answer to at least one of these questions is yes, you should be able to see them, unless proficiency or class restrictions are an issue? (I don't have the DMG here, and I'm away from my books, so I can see the details of Gloves of Thievery). Unless...you are benefitting from content sharing and no one has the DMG (or the magic items bundle from the DMG).
Ah! Mystery solved: I've got the Legendary Bundle on DDB, and had created this campaign with content sharing, but I recently created a new content-sharing campaign for a one-off adventure, which put me over my limit and turned sharing off for the original one. I wasn't aware that that was how DDB handles going over the limit, but it makes sense to have it be a rollover kind of thing.
I've now disabled sharing on the one-off, and enabled it for the original one, and the gloves are happily nestled away in the character's equipment. Thanks for the help, all!
