I own the The explorer's guide to Wildmount on dnd beyond and I can see all the Dunamancy spells except for Gravity Fissure in manage spells option in the character sheet. The spell does not show up on the spell list to be added.
I tried to make a copy of it as a home brew and add it as home brew spell but still won't show up in list in character sheet. I have used home brew spells and items and feats before and I have added them before but gravity fissure will still not show up even as homebrew spell (even with different name). When I create similar spell with different name it recognizes it has original spell (Gravity fissure) but won't show up under home brew list in manage spell section of character sheet.
The spells from that book are available only to the Chronurgist and Graviturgist subclasses by default, per the rules. If you want to make it available for any other character, you’ll need to make that homebrew copy and then change its available classes. Make sure you get the right version of your class, too; a spell added to 2014 Wizard won’t be available on a 2024 Wizard and vice versa.
You are correct. When I made copy of the spell in home brew it was tagged as only for Graviturgist. I added Chronurgist (which is my wizard) and I could add it as a homebrew. Thank you for you help.
Which specific spells are you missing? A chronurgist won’t see graviturgy spells (those marked with two asterisks).
When you say you own the book, does that mean you purchased it yourself? If not, is your character assigned to a campaign where those spells are shared?
Do you have Critical Role enabled for that character?
Dunamancy spells are specific to subclasses. Here's a cheat sheet.

That's not a quote from the rules. I'm not sure where you're getting that from.
The spells are marked using asterisks in the book as either chronurgy or graviturgy spells. A chronurgist can cast chronurgy spells (marked with a single asterisk) or the general dunamancy spells (without asterisks). The spells with two asterisks are graviturgy spells, made for graviturgists. https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/dnd/egtw/character-options-subclasses#DunamancySpellList
