When I take a Short Rest or I use Magical Cunning not recover pact magic slots for Warlock. Magical Cunning it doesn't work on browser version either so I don't think it's a bug but it would be nice if it automatically recovered my slots.
Just tested in the app and short rests recover pact slots just fine.

For Magical Cunning, though, you'll have to do it manually.

Only on mobile app, on the website it work.
