The rod of resurrection is not part of the SRD. Now DD Beyond, being just a beta, contains only that.

Currently for Beyond's Beta testing, only the Basic Rules/SRD will be available, this means not all monsters/spells/items will be present. The Rod of Resurrection isn't in the SRD, so wont be in Beyond until it is out of Beta.
