If you check this page, are your Account Entitlements in sync? Does it show an active Master Tier subscription? Is the book listed there under Current Product Licenses? https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses
Is the new Expanded Rules toggle enabled for that character?

So I am a master tier subscriber that bought the new digital books and I can’t use the content in the character creator yet.
Check entitlements are in sync Account > Licenses or click here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses

Im in the same boat as the other two. All toggles are enabled and everything is synced up.

Ah ok I think my issue was the Master Tier subscription. I have the Hero Tier and thought they both gave the same amount of early access. Thanks!
