Im master tier and i buy Forgotten Realms, but i looking in character creator and i dont see the new subclass, i looking my licence and marketplace and nothing, i dont know if this one a bug or something like that, anyhere can help me? :c
Did you buy it on dndstore.wizards.com instead, for international shipping? If so, you’ll need to redeem your code before you’ll have access to it here.

And just to cover all bases: you are using the 2024 version of the classes from the 2024 PHB, not the 2014 version of the PHB?
For example, if trying to use Spellfire subclass for Sorcerer, you're using the 2024 sorcerer, not the 2014 sorcerer?

Is the "expanded rules" checkbox on in the character builder? (I just looked at an existing character to check what the names currently are, and it wasn't; no idea how it sets them up for a new character)

If you click the "Settings" button at the top of the "My Characters" screen, you can set what the defaults are for your account.

So I am a master tier subscriber that bought the new digital books and I can’t use the content in the character creator yet.

Ah ok I think my issue was the Master Tier subscription. I have the Hero Tier and thought they both gave the same amount of early access. Thanks!
