Some DDB users have reported that some owned book, specifically those purchased in bundles such as the now-retired Legendary Bundle, are appearing as "not owned" on the new Library page, and a huge thanks to everyone who flagged this!
Following further investigation, the team has confirmed to me that this is strictly a visual bug. Even if the item appears unowned, your access to that book is unaffected.
Because this issue does not impact functionality, and with Wizards preparing for the holiday break and many team members out of office, this issue will be addressed after we return in the new year.
Thank you all again for reporting this issue to us!

low key wish they would revert the changes, I liked the old page more, the new look is too much flash and not as fuctional. But glad to hear it's only a visual bug.
I really hope DnDB doesn't go the way of Microsoft and tweak with things until they are no longer useable.
First of the new Library is so much better than the old one. Having everything in alphabetical order is better than having to know if something is a source or an adventure (especially when trying to find books that have both) and the ability to use filters and favourites is a big help. I'll even go so far as to say the hot buttons taking us straight to Marketplace on stuff I don't own is a good step. However that's the problem, I'm being offered those hot buttons on stuff I definitely do own and when I go to Marketplace it confims there I own the product. It seems to be mostly stuff that I own like Tasha's and Xanathar's that are also owned by someone sharing content with me through a campaign. The "Shared With Me" seems to be taking precedence over the owned and thinks I still need to buy it.
Small gripe I know but it's spoiling an otherwise BIG improvement
EDIT: And just noticed the thread created by LaTia but can't delete this thread so feel free to do it for me
Looks like everything from my Legendary Bundle (Mar 2020) is missing from my account. License page says it is synced. Opened with multiple browsers across multiple computers and even on a computer that it was never on before.

I feel like this may not be a "strictly a visual bug" as it seems to be a sort bug as well, at least in my case. I have the legendary bundle as others do, and Curse of Strahd "works" when I click on it, and it does not say purchased which I could understand to be visual, but it also does not appear at all when I "sort" by "owned" or "sort" by "owned+shared" which to me would seem to indicate it has some kind of database issue since it is also not showing in sort for those two and it only will show up when "sort"ed by "All". So it seems like it is impacting functionality in the new My Library system. This is the only issue I have had with it so far that I noticed, other then that issue right now I feel like the new ideas for sorting are great and I like the new system if we can get it working correctly. *Edit/Updates: *I just noticed the same for several other titles for me including Icefire Peak and Divine Contention, Fiendish Folio Vol. 1 so there are probably others as well that I am having the same issue with. *BUT I also noticed an issue on not being able to favorite some of the titles at all including Legendary Magic Items and the Rick and Morty one, those have no favorite icons at all, where others have hearts or a ribbon looking badge. *I also just noticed if you favorite ones that have the Heart icon that when you sort by "favorites" it does not show them, so the legendary bundle items that are purchased that are not showing as purchased are also not able to be sorted by favorite as well.

If items like that are flagging as "Not Owned" in the page, then the sort would likely treat it the same way. It's probably just pulling from the same info the Library page sees, while the actual access is handled by a different part of the website (which is why you can still view the book).

Correct meaning it is probably a data issue on the sort, not a visual issue, which means it is a functionality problem. But since some are also not showing the ability to favorite them at all (see my edits/update on my original post) it seems to me that this is a functionality issue since that is a completely different problem from the what some of the others are having, Because I don't think the "Legendary Magic Items" was a part of the Legendary bundle, wasn't that free to all subscribers when the movie "Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves" came out or something? *Edit: After looking through 'My Library' Closer I am not showing purchased for probably 15 (maybe more) of my purchases. Most of which (but not necessarily all) were probably part of the legendary bundle in some way.

You'd be correct that it wasn't part of the Legendary bundle and was, in fact, free. Still is. Favoriting it is working for me, though.
Try clicking the heart ones and checking your Marketplace wishlist. That's where they go. The heart isn't a favorite because favorites are for books you have access to. Since it adds to the wishlist, that seems to be intentional design (although the other issues are definitely unintentional).
There is no 'heart' to wishlist for me the Legendary Magic Items, perhaps since you can't purchase it, because it is free? Which would explain why you can't heart it, but it should show that it is owned then if it was just legendary bundle items that are having the bug. And it also does not show under owned in sort for me, only 'all' when I sort and it also does not have a way to favorite it, there is just no icon for it at all, so I can't favorite or 'wishlist' it. And since this is the same issue I have with Rick and Morty, which I think was part of the "Legendary Bundle" for me, there must be another type of bug happening that is not just related to the Legendary bundle. I also just noticed another possible bug issue too. You must Type the name in correct order in the search of My Library. When searching for "Legendary Magic Items" I Typed "Legendary Items" and it did not show it. Which means you can only search for titles if the words are in correct order. Probably not the most pressing issue compared to the other ones but it doesn't seem like it should work like that.
HOLD UP if it is affecting the Legendary Bundle and Legendary Magic Items which may not have been part of the bundle. What if there is a spelling issue in the database? Like someone misspelled the word Legendary in the programing? Then it would be pulling some data incorrectly because it is misspelled someplace in the code? Could they have the programmers check for that?
So, I purchased the the bundle years ago, I think about the time Tasha's released so I'm facing this issue. There does seem to be additional parts of it.
1) This affects filtering for books you own, which makes that filter basically useless. 2) It prevents these "unowned" books from appearing in your favorites, likewise making this feature also basically worthless. 3) Not sure if this is because of the bundle or not but Volo's and MtoF cannot be favorited at all. This is annoying but doesn't really affect functionality in general.
Party Wizard is still with us! I just don't think he got added to the homepage, but he's still partying on other parts of the site. I keep him going whenever I'm playing D&D.

In the library section, it is showing some of my books as "not purchased" but just shared with me. I purchased Ghost of Saltmarsh when came out. It appears any content I bought before 2024 is mislabel as shared with me.

I really hope DnDB doesn't go the way of Microsoft and tweak with things until they are no longer useable.
On the flip side, there's a few really nice things here we've been asking for as a community:
Filters for:
In addition to not taking away the Sourcebook/Adventures or Official/Partnered filters.
I can get used to the appearance for that kind of functionality added.
I got really scared for a second as I was using the new library and am happy to hear its just visual.

ModeratorAside from this visual bug, what functionality did the old page have that you're missing in the new one?

Additional information: Under my campaigns, other players still have access to shared content that I cannot currently access.

I do miss the flashing wizard.
Can we get an Unowned section? So I can see what I don't have if I already have 100 different products rather than trying to dig?
It would be a really easy filter to apply, as would a Shared filter that doesn't also show Owned.
I feel like this may not be a "strictly a visual bug" as it seems to be a sort bug as well, at least in my case. *Edit/Updates:
*I just noticed the same for several other titles for me including Icefire Peak and Divine Contention, Fiendish Folio Vol.
