Im confused why you state this. It wasnt advertised this way and you literaly have the option to add 2014 content. And thus the subclasses show under the banner of either 2014 core rules, extended or partners etc.
It was literally advertised this way. During interviews, when talking about compatibility with older books, they talked about how you could use all the subclasses, not just the updated ones. With this, they stated you just always use the most up-to-date version of anything you add to your sheet. Meaning 2014 versions of subclasses are valid up until they're replaced with 2024 versions, like the Illusionist example above (which replaced School of Illusion).

Aren't you then just playing the 2014 version of the class, but with the 2024 ruleset? I guess you could use the 2024 spell slot chart, if it's any different (I haven't compared them).

Not exactly. The base class features have still changed. For instance, a Fighter using Rune Knight in this way still gets other ways to use Second Wind, the improved Indomitable, and the Weapon Mastery feature, and the Rune Knight features simply haven't changed. A Sorcerer running Divine Soul gains access to Innate Sorcery and the updated Metamagic options, and just gets Divine Magic and Favored By the Gods at level 3 instead. So the only things that are the same between the 2014 and 2024 versions for a subclass without updates are the subclass features themselves.
And of course, you use the updated versions of the spells when you play the subclass this way.
In the Android App, I have the following 4 entries, that I still don't have on the website:
Elemental Evil Player's Companion Hoard of the Dragon Queen Rise of Tiamat Curse of Strahd: Character Options
I know these are now (not originally) parts of other books, but I think it's strange that I see these in the app as separate entries, but can't find them on the site.

I've flagged this, thanks! I've included the direct links to the actual books below. I also can't find the supplements and I know I own them, so I will chase down a definite answer for that.
This bug is happening with the recently released Exploring Eberron, didn't buy it as part of a bundle or anything but it appears in my library as if I didn't buy it despite having access to it and it showing in my licenses

I am experiencing this too.
The Exploring Eberron issue is a separate thing that the team is looking into; it's not related to this bug.

Loading My Library the first default view selects SOURCEBOOKS for Book Type.
Maybe by default it should also select ALL like the other filters so users can filter further from there? Just got tripped up because I thought I was missing content but then select ALL from Book Type.

It doesn't do that for me — are you maybe loading it from a bookmark where that filter is in the URL?

Correct I think I misunderstood you before.

My DMG still shows as if I don't own it and it is only shared with me. Still looks the same as here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/bugs-support/233927-new-my-library-display-bug?comment=32

I am experiencing this too.
I've played every edition since 1980.
I’m old. 😂
I can confirm that I am now able to favourite my Dragon of Icespire Peak adventure collection and is also flagged as purchased
I can now get quick access to the titles I’m currently running with ease
Thank you
Unfortunately, it says they are in sync:
