I have a Master Tier subscription and quickly maxxed out one of my campaigns to twelve players. In the last few months, three players have left the group and are not participating anymore. I've tried to invite new players to fill those slots, but the campaign seems to remain maxxed out at twelve.
Is there any way I can remove inactive players from a campaign and add new ones?
If you are the DM view the campaign, next to the character is a more link, click remove.

You can click Remove on their character to completely remove them from the campaign, or you can click deactivate to make their characters inactive. Inactive characters don't take up slots in your campaign module.
I've done that, but it didn't fix the problem. There are only 10 active characters, but new people who try to join cannot. The slots still seem to be full.
Hmmm...I just noticed the 'reset campaign link' up in the corner.
I wonder if D&D: Beyond has noted that 12 people have come in through that link and won't let any more in. Might not really be any way to 'boot out' people who already have the link. I wonder if resetting the link will fix that?
I have a campaign with 15 players and another with 13 players in it. So I'm not sure why it's acting like that. Though, they filled up 2 months ago. It is possible the rules regarding max campaign sizes has changed since then.
I was never under the impression that the campaign character limit was 12. I know that the master tier sub only works on 12 people in your campaign, but that is it.

The cap was supposed to be 12 players. When did that change?
And resetting the link seems to have worked!
