Rolling doubles was also happening to me and I found out that I had the "Luck" box checked in the Roll Buff/Debuff drop-down. Not sure if that's the same for everyone, but that's what was causing it for me.
Also, a new bug just started tonight for me: the rogue Reliable Talent is being applied to my attack rolls for some reason. If I turn off Reliable Talent, it stops applying it to my attacks.

D&D Beyond's dice roller doesn't have a "Roll Buff/Debuff drop-down", or any support for Reliable Talent at all, so both of those issues are probably from a third-party extension like Beyond20.
Dice are working fine on my end, regardless of whether shared dice are turned off or on.
Seems to not be universal.
iOS does seem to be the most problematic OS for these issues, tho.
