Summon Shadowspawn Doesn't appear for Magical Secrets

I'm mapping out a 2024 Bard build and Summon Shadowspawn is not shown as an option for Magical Discoveries or Magical Secrets even though it is on the Wizard's spell list.

That spell is from Tasha's Cauldron of Everything. Do you own that book, or have access to it through content sharing?

If so, do you have "5e Expanded Rules" checked on the Home tab of the character builder?

It is shared with me and yes it is checked. Other spells from that book like Tashas Mind Whip show up

Made 2024 Bard

Levelled to 20.

Went to Add Spells and Summon Shadowspawn is not there (tried looking through full list, by typing in summon, and by typing in shadow). Other spells from Tasha's are there, such as Tasha's Otherworldly Guise as well as ones reprinted into the 2024 PHB. But Summon Shadowspawn is not.

I have Tasha's book and 2024 PHB purchased on here. All content toggles enabled. All licenses in sync. 

I can add the spell to a Wizard (5e and 5.5e) just fine. It is not the spell. The 5.5e Bard's Magical Secrets just doesn't include this spell.
