I can't be the only on that finds tracking bastion facilities, orders and hirelings awkward. When will there be a page on the Character Sheet to assist, unlocking each facility and the various orders at the appropriate levels and requirements?

It can't be *that* difficult, surely?
It's not about difficulty it's about it being very time-consuming and the small dev team are busy with higher priority projects, as detailed on their roadmap, like the complete character sheet builder overhaul and entire rework of the whole digital platform - while still implementing new content from drops, new books, etc.
You can also just add a container to your sheet inventory and customise the name, weight and cost. You can then add custom items to detail each room. With emojis and numbering you can even organise them. I would recommend having the special rooms at top since they're be most referenced. You can copy-paste the room details into the custom item description box.

Use Gemini that's what I did it completely built mine and I have an 16 lv drowl assassin, 13 lv drow arcane trickster, 11th lv human warlock hexblade, 10th lv high elf thief, 6th lv swashbuckler, it completely built everything and everyone there own stuff
Gemini? As in AI? No thanks, I prefer my and my players' imaginations. What's the point of playing the game if you're going to outsource imagination to a datacentre?
I'm not a very good drawer that's why used it plus it saved me multiple graf paper trying to figure it out to but I get what you're saying Gemini is just a tool I told it how I wanted and it built it in color 4 floors plus I have arthritis in both my thumbs so it saved me a lot of time I was just giving you a option

In the meantime the DMG has digital fillable PDF tracking sheets, including one for Bastions, here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/dnd/dmg-2024/tracking-sheets

That's valid, just seems like Bastions were a big deal in the 2024 DMG, but have had zero implementation on Beyond.
I suppose it *might* be included as part of the complete character sheet builder overhaul, so I'll just wait to see what happens there.
