Dungeon Masters: Living Spells Play-Along Pack Missing Content

The monster Living Shatter from the new drop isn't releasing to my account after claiming even though all others have. Entitlements are synced. Is this something everyone (or at least multiple people) is experiencing, or just me?

I haven't tested anything but the monsters, sound off if anything else is missing too.

Getting same issue.

The Living Spells section is fine for all spells but if I click on Shatter it takes me to marketplace https://www.dndbeyond.com/monsters/6590781-living-shatter-dmls

Cannot access it via Rules > Monsters either but I can access the other living spells fine.
