Unable to share purchased content in my campaign

I have purchased the Flee mortals source book but unable to give items from the book to players in my campaign.  Shared content is enabled and I have tested giving items from other source books I have purchased but Flee mortals does not work.

Go here and check whether your entitlements are synced, and have everyone else in the campaign check too.

Thanks but I already came across that while trying to figure out the issue and everything shows synced.  Only me as the DM and one other account user as 2 PC's and he says he has synced as well but I'll ask again.

Have you checked that MCDM content is enabled under 'Partnered Content' on their character sheets?

Flee Mortals is 3rd party content, published by MCDM, so check it is toggled on under Partnered Content on the Home tab of the character builder
