There are no races named Echidna. This was a subrace of some of the Lamia races but again, you are not author to any of them.
Now you keep mentioning classes and I don't understand why because you're describing a race (talking about variant (subrace) Echnidna). You cant make Classes on here so maybe this Lamia thing is a subclass, let's see... Nope. No subclasses named Lamia or Echnida.

I'm guessing then this must be some homebrew class or race (since you seem unable to tell us which) you have made and not published yet in which case we cannot help you (although if you had published it, that would also prevent edit/delete, you can only make a new version). Please post a link and maybe a mod can take a look.

When trying to add a Pseudodragon as a familiar it doesn’t use the variant familiar traits in the MM such as extending resistance to the companion it just uses the base stats of the creature and it also says it disappears and can be summoned back when it can’t unless you're a Pact of the Chain Warlock.

Additionally, all familiars can be dismissed and resummoned, as described in the find familiar spell:
As an action, you can temporarily dismiss your familiar. It disappears into a pocket dimension where it awaits your summons. Alternatively, you can dismiss it forever. As an action while it is temporarily dismissed, you can cause it to reappear in any unoccupied space within 30 feet of you.

Tried looking the first time for the variant but when I type just the word pseudo all it gives is the monster stat not the familiar variant and I’m not sure why
Secondly no your Pseudodragon has to be physically obtained it isn’t a magical spell’s creation except from the Pact of the Chain Warlock therefore it just dies and you most often have to quest to even find one’s living space. They’re a physical familiar instead of the normal spell creation ones.
I guess the question is would I have to own the MM in order to add that to my page even though I can just add the normal Pseudodragon without owning it?

That might be it, as I don’t think think the SRD includes the sidebar about Variant familiars at the pseudo dragon entry. But you might not have to buy the entire MM. You can just to buy the pseudodragon familiar variant, though you don’t have to buy the entire Monster Manual.

Ok that makes sense I wasn’t sure if Pseudodragon was even in the original SRD but now I know, thanks
When trying to add swarm Monsters to the 'Creatures' under Wildshape they will not appear on the character sheet under Extras and I'm forced to add them as another category in order to see them. Other Monsters seem to appear when added but so far all attempts at a swarm Monsters seem to get filtered out. Is this is bug or intended functionality?

It's intended because Swarms are not valid for druid wildshapes. You can only wildshape into a single creature. Swarms are not single creatures.

Hmm this is rather inconvenient / unfortunate as I'm literally making a circle of the swarm. The description even indicates that adding it via a Subclass feature Creature should supersede all other Wildshape filter rules but this does not appear to be the case :(
um the character creation tabs aren't working and um I can't even look at the characters much less edit or delete them

I have noticed when you equipped a magic item that changes stats or gives you an ability like darkvison it doesn't add it to your character sheet
its not the biggest of deals buy I have a magic item that I always forget about
Does the item need attunement? If so, you will have to mark it attuned after equipping (in the attunement section of the equipment list). Otherwise it should add those changes to the character.

Can't view characters that are deactivated in my campaign, just says there is an error retrieving their data or something. I can access them if I activate them but I can't if they are deactivated, please fix.
There are 12 homebrew races called "Lamia" : https://www.dndbeyond.com/homebrew/races?filter-name=lamia&filter-author=&filter-author-previous=&filter-author-symbol=&filter-rating=-13
None of them have you as the author.

Hexblade's Eldritch invocation Life Drinker is not automaticaly apllying necrotic damage to the pact weapon.

When adding the unbreakable arrow to your inventory it is classified as a longbow not an arrow.
I don't have the creature tab showing on my character sheet. How do I fix this?
The Creatures tab has since been renamed Extras, as it also includes Sidekicks and Vehicles.
