Typo and wrong link on Level 4, area 11C. It reads,
Characters must be 6th level or higher to pass through this gate (see “Jhesiyra Kestellharp”). The first creature to pass through the gate triggers an elder rune (see “Elder Gates”).
Level 1 area 6e: labelled on map but not mentioned in text.
According to this post on Reddit, it appears that this error might be a problem with the physical book as well. In which case, we might have to wait for them to publish an errata sheet.
Couple of things that I've seen on level 6 so far.
1. In area 33a, there seems to be some sort of trigger missing involving the statues. No information is given on the statues moving to block the exits, and yet in the text it says:
Once all four exits are blocked by the statues, the undead bulette erupts from the floor and attacks all creatures in the room.
2. Area 47a, the hyperlink to "area 6 on level 18" for the south arch gate leads to area 6 on level 16.

Lurrash, an unarmed male hobGoblin, occupies the next cell.
The creature type is strangely written, with a capital G in the center. And while the whole word looks like a link, only the "Goblin" portion is linked (to the "Goblin" entry, of course). It should read "hobgoblin" and link to the Hobgoblin entry, naturally.
Out of curiosity, on a rough %, how many of these typos are in the print version as well?
Don't get me wrong, I know that digitalisation of a huge book is not a small task and hypos tappen, I was just wondering whether I should wait for a second print before buying the hard copy...

In level 10 area 5c. Pantry, the treasure section lists a chest containing a number of spell components for several spells. The link to "lightning bolt" links to the Light spell and the text "wall of force" has no link to the spell:
a glass rod (lightning bolt); a caterpillar cocoon (polymorph); pouches of talc and powdered silver (see invisibility); a vial of bitumen and a live spider (spider climb); and a pouch of gemstone powder (wall of force).

The item has been created and the link added (although it might take some time for the tooltip to show up). Thanks for reporting.
In level 16, the Crystal Labrinth, the Crystal Golem descriptions reference having the same stats as a StoneGolem. I believe that location should link to the monster syats for a stone golem.

Throughout level 16 it says see "Crystal stalactites". But the links don't go to the appropriate sidebar.
There are several places where Crystal Stalactites are referenced and have been hyperlinked. The link is to location 3a, as that is where the sidebar for Crystal Stalactites is placed.
Note that the reference to Crystal Stalactites has not been hyperlinked in locations 3a and 3b, as the sidebar is already on the screen when viewing these locations.
1. The Bigby's Hand Spell isn't hyperlinked. 15b: Basalt Doors says,
the symbol of Dumathoin above the double doors casts a Bigby’s hand spell.
2. This is less a DnDBeyond problem and more a problem with the hardcover. The Bigby's Hand Spell requires the knowledge of the Spell Attack bonus (as it uses the bonus from its creator to determine the To Hit bonus). But, the symbol above the door is creating the spell and the book inconveniently just says,
The shimmering hand created by the spell has 80 hit points and a +6 bonus to initiative. (See the spell description for the hand’s other statistics.) On each of its turns, this hand flies up to 60 feet and makes one clenched fist attack against a random creature on the dais. The spell has a duration of 1 minute. It can be triggered repeatedly, though a new hand can’t come forth until an existing one is gone.
The spell's description doesn't tell us what the bonus to hit is and doesn't even tell us the damage technically. This thing has 80 HP, meaning it is a pretty high level cast. But, it doesn't tell us what level the spell was cast at. If it is a level 5 spell, then it is 4d8. If it is a level 6 spell, then it is 6d8 (and so on and so on). This seems like a problem with the hardcover itself, but I'm hoping that maybe DnDBeyond just didn't upload everything and is just missing a sentence or two. Otherwise, I'll probably have to send a message to WotC to try and figure this out.
Typo and wrong link on Level 4, area 11C. It reads,
Looking at the Gates section under area 10 for the same section (and looking at the other sections from different levels, the parenthetical note should say "(see "Elder Runes")" and link to the elder runes section of the book (https://www.dndbeyond.com/compendium/adventures/wdotmm/undermountain-overview#ElderRunes).

This instance of the word "prone" should obviously not be linked to the condition.
This is fixed. Thanks.

In the Skullport chapter, room 23 The Feathered Rat, it has the following listed for sale
But, none of these animals have links to their corresponding statblocks.

In the Wyllowood, section 2d, the will-o’-wisp is not linked to the appropriate monster entry.

Tooltip added to Stone Golem - thank you!

The text for Stardock Rods is hyperlinked at locations 3b, 5, 8, 10, 12a, 22, 29, 29d
It is not hyperlinked where referenced in location 11, as that is the location where the sidebar for the Stardock Rods is located.
