Check the Halaster rune. The ending of the Boon Effect isn't listed. It just ends with "This shield grants the target resistance to all damage and can't . . ."
Not sure that this counts, but when it talks about sending spells there is a typo in mention to the nothic. It says "Other things the nothic night say" as sopposed to might say.
In Appendix B, some of the Elder Rune Boon descriptions are cut off on the bottom.

Those appendices are just an image, there is nothing to cut off as far as I can see.
To be honest, all of the elder runes' and most of the secrets' descriptions seem to be cut off, as none of them ends with a full stop (as compared to the rest of the Secret cards that do); some even ending with a comma or noticeably mid sentence.
Level 2: Arcane Chambers (Area 10c) - A detect magicspell reveals an aura of transmutation magic around the ochre jelly, suggesting the presence of the stasis field.
There should be a space between the "detect magic" link and "spell".
I can also verify the issue with the Elder Runes and Secrets decks being cut off. Hopefully it's not like that in the actual hardcover as well (I won't have it until the 20th).

The Cover Art for the book is stitched together wrong. If you look at the cover art linked from the ToC of the DMM, it's clearly stitched wrong and makes the dragon look terrible. I know there is a picture from DnDBeyond that looks way better, but I can't seem to find the high definition picture. I was able to find a low-def picture that is stitched together properly and is watermarked as coming from DnDBeyond. Also, something is really wrong with the bottom of the cover art. Looks like the wrong picture was uploaded.
In the adventure lvel 23 in Halasters tower section 33. Mad Mage Showdown. Halaster has Nalkara the Empyrean attacking the party but I cant find the stats anywhere?

For Anarath's Boon, the last line is "the target stabilizes immediately when it drops" . When it drops to what? 0 hit points?
For Angras's Boon, the last line is "the target can turn that hit" . What happens to the hit? Does it turn into a miss?
For Halaster's Boon, the last line is "grants the target resistance to all damage and can't" . Can't what? The shield can't be broken?
All the boons seem to have lost at least one line of text at the end, as if it simply vanished.
Appendix A under the section "Living Unseen Servant" has the incorrect spell listed. "See invisibility, true seeing, and similar effects" is pointing to invisibility instead of See Invisibility

I think there is a wrong word in the Jhesiyra Kestellharp section of Undermountain Overview.
Should it be THE dangers that await them?
In The Poisoned Quill section of Skullport, there are two references to the spell teleportation circle, but it links to the spell teleport instead.

We've stopped this OGL madness, but stay vigilant, they tried it once, they can try it again.

I have a feeling the physical versions of the rune and secret cards have text printed on the backs of them.
